FALEX BLOCK ON RING
creates a line contact between a rotating ring and stationary block. It is a stable tribological contact condition that avoids the large pressure drop typical of point contacts. Heated chamber allows testing of lubricants in many conditions, but the test machine is also extensively used to measure friction and wear resistance of materials.
